Hossom Retribution 1 Folder

I just got my Retribution 2 in this morning. It is one of the best finished knives I've ever owned. The attention to detail is superb!!!. It too, is big (not as big as it's big brother), but not to big for EDC. This is not a knive for small children!!

there is suppose to be an even smaller version with a 3 inch blade. i have seen pictures of the prototypes on other boards showing all 3 of the versions together. i guess it would be called the retribution 3.

Well now that I have played around with this knife in the woods for a couple of weekends, I like it even more. I am now used to and happy with the super sized handle. The lock takes a licking and keeps on ticking, and the blade holds an edge reasonably well. I didn't baton any fire wood, but I did make fuzz sticks, some light chopping on branches up to a couple of inches in diameter, carved two workable figure 4 set ups (carved them, set them up to make sure they worked, then took down), and used it for food prep. This knife is definitely a winner, and the big handle really grows on you after you have used it for awhile.

Thanks for the info, guys...Hossom Retribution 1 is now at the top of my "must-have" list.
