How big should a neck knife be ?

But the CRKT Folts Minimalist is about as large as I'll go for a neck knife. Other neck knives I have, that I've found really work for me as neck knives, are a Buck Hartsook, a Buck Smidgeon, and a Ka-Bar TDI LDK. I guess you can say I like the smaller neck knife offerings.

I like the Buck Hartsook too.

I carry a Spyderco Swick, it is my go-to utility knife. I love it. I put it on before I am even completely clothed.

For me, neck carry is only for when you have too much clothing on in winter to reach your belt. It also helps keep it warm under your layers. Roselli Carpenter has been working fine, but wouldn't want to go any bigger than a Fallkniven F1.

I was glad to see Christof post a pic of his two finger model. It is an excellent option. I also have one of his cord wrapped PSK knives that makes a great neck knife. I will say that I prefer a handle down sheath but his leather sheaths are very nice.

Here are a couple of my pocket models that would work well as a neck knife.

Be a man! Hang that Dogfather off your neck! Itll make you grow traps!

Just kidding:D

I use my Spyderco Mule as a neck knife. Its a good size.

"I think it should be as big as you're willing to hang around your neck!
Personally, I would prefer lighter, less noticeable. I don't like the feeling of being pulled down by my neck. "
