How do i convince my parents to let me purchase another knife

man id be broke if my folks let me do that when i was in school haha

best bet is to get a job (not with your folks) and earn your own money, worked for me

for the collection issue, try doing some other collections like cards ( with your dad) or pick up another hobby. its a little sneaky but, by doing this and letting the knife collection fade out of the picture for a while your parents will forget and you can slowly start adding your collection with other hobbies.

for me it was wood carving and outdoor stuff like camping & survivalist training ( they need knives )

I have the same problem I have 5 knives (folders) but my mom won't let me buy any more bigger knives. she knows I very responsible and mature but she says I've got enough I don't need any more.by the way I'm 11 but act very maturely and my dad's fine with it it's just my mom
