Decided it was a good day to make a salad.
The Galley Wag helped me turn this:

I will give it a few licks on the ceramic before sending it off tomorrow, if the p.o. is open this weekend.

Needless to say, i received the knife. this week has been super-busy. haven't had much of a chance to connect up here.
i have some pics of the Galley Wag helping with the prep of a pasta salad last night. but, i can't seem to get my computer to recognize my phone right now. weird.
But, no time to figure it out. i am on my way to a charity Wiffle Ball tournament. A good friend of mine...his buddy recently lost his fight with cancer, leaving behind a wife and small children. we are hoping to raise some money today for the family. $100 entry fee, but it is to a good cause.
3-man teams. Worked out perfect so that i can spend the day with my two boys. Go Team Powell!
