How is hunting season going?

Anybody had any luck out in the wilds this season?

So far I have done pretty well. Got a doe in Ohio last week during archery season. Then took a few days off to head down to Kentucky for rifle season. Got a doe and a decent 8point. Of course went down there to play with high power stuff and ended up shooting both Kentucky deer closer than the doe I got in Ohio with an arrow.

The first morning getting out of the truck the tracker pointed down at my feet and said Shumba. We saw lions on the move at distance and a few times they scared the game away. We would see them in the early evening on the way back to camp and they were stalking the watering holes.

Day Two - Zebra was not on my list originally but after seeing them in the wild I took this stallion. The hide was is pristine considering their are lions on the conservancy.

Day Three - This was a 2-Fer of a day. We got out early in the morning and took this beautiful Blue Wikdebeest. Then shortly after dropping it off the skinning facility we took this impressive Impala.
