Had gator tail when I was a kid. First time was like steak, second time not so much

Once my Grandfather passed I kinda stopped hunting. It was our thing and none of my buddies hunt. I do love to fish still and here soon I will have my yearly war with the coyotes! They want to eat my last 3 ducks! If they do then im getting a gator and dropping it in my lake! Ill get them one way or another!
I do bag a few copperheads and occasional rattlesnake in the yard.

To all the requests. We have 4 big bags of meat. The hides will be tanned and skulls will be euro. We had two 12yo boys take gators that’s day. One 8’-1” the other was 8’-5”.
