How many Beckers do you have?

I want to add to this pile with a BK24 and a BK3 and another of each: BK15, BK5, BK4 and a BK12. Whilst I binged hard buying the current ones I have, the ones I want will have to wait a while. The things you sacrifice when you get ya misso up the duff (have a child on the way) :D

Oi Coffy how sweet are the TKC scales you have on your 14S! I've got the exact same type and colour on my 14. Makes it feel like a whole different knife.

Funny, I first stumbled across Beckers last Fall while looking for a new 'field' knife to replace my SOG NW Ranger. "A" new knife ... as in just 1. ;)

I currently own: BK-14, BK-24, BK-2, BK-15, BK-16, and the BK-7. I'm not really keeping score any more. I may pick up another BK-15 since I really like that knife.

I really started looking at Becker knives only after reading all the comparisons between ESEE and Kabar Beckers over the last couple of years. Need a woods knife.... get a Becker or ESEE.... The BK-2 was the first. I have one of the older (partially serrated) SOG Northwest Rangers. Bought it as a "hunting knife" and pretty quickly decided it was not the "hunting knife" I was looking for. It may actually been the first SOG I purchased. That began the SOG kick for a couple years and I have outgrown them for the most part.

Love them - High quality addition to the 14! I'm planning on getting a set for my 4, or 15...I'd get a set for both, but they are a bit pricey (worth the price though!).

Yeah I got a set for the 14, a tweener set and a large set. And yeah they cost a bomb, especially when the US dollar is crushing our AU$. I've got the large set on my 5 and the tweener set on my 15..

a bk9.

I bought it to replace the bk4 that my (used to be) friend left at a campground near the Everglades. That bk4 was a replacement for the CS trailmaster that my brother had confiscated in Costa Rica while riding his moped with it strapped to his pack.

I've had bad luck over the past 4 years but nothing will ever come between my bk9 and me. I'm about financially ready to order a 2nd Becker though. I need suggestions. I'd like a tweener, or a little guy. This old busybody woman called the rangers on me at the campgrounds a couple weeks backs when I was de-limbing a few branches so I could hang my hammock next to our RV. The ranger proceeded to give it a try himself and we talked for about 10 minutes. He just about fell in love when I told him I use it to split firewood, I guess he had never heard of battoning with a knife. I saw the bitch peeking through the blinds watching us talk the whole time. How the hell did big blades become so politically incorrect. She acted like I was quartering cattle with a sawzall or firing an ar15 in the air and screaming come and take it. A guy at the site a few hundred yards over had an el cheapo hatchet whacked into a stump, I bet he didn't get any calls. This country, I'm telling ya.
 
I only have 2 Beckers. A BK2 and a BK15. Ill probably end up with a 5 next.
 
I've bought, sold, and traded loads of other knives in the last few years but never got rid of a Becker:
