how many do u carry?

I carry a Spyderco Para2 in my left pocket, a multi tool in my right pocket, a small Gerber in the little watch pocket and a Boker neck knife, I was wondering what others carry (how many and where you carry them), am I carrying to much?
 
On my person? One and only one, which could be either of the 25 or thereabout folders lying around here. But I do have a leatherman Wave on my toolbelt at work, a BK 9 and a Rat 3 on my outdoor backpack, a Leatherman Squirt and a Buck 119 in my truck and a Tramontina machete in my Jeep.
 
I live in a cabin on some land. I’m also retired so my EDC is a little different from when I worked in the city.

I always carry a folder right front pocket (PM2/ZT0450/etc), and a Leatherman Wave is always on the belt.

When I’m on my land I always carry a fixed blade. Today it’s a TOPs BOB on a dangler. Yesterday was a Gerber Strongarm. Day before that was a Southern Grind Jackyl.
 
I known some people might frown but I only carry 1 knife and no multi-tool. I do have and keep a cheap nameless multi-tool in the car and a good multi-tool is on my list for EDC and such but I often get more distracted by all the other shinnies.

I carry a small slipjoint (Case Peanut or something similar) in my watch pocket, a medium-sized slipjoint in my right front pocket (most recently a Victorinox Pioneer) and a small SAK (alox Mini Champ) on my keyring. So three.

Only you can answer that, and you already know the answer.
 
Typically I carry two. Some pocket jewelry and a worker. Or a large and a small, or a nicer knife and a beater.

Today I am carrying the ZKC C02 which is just a good, solid worker knife and a Ganzo that I full-convexed just to see what using that type of blade was all about. Interested to test the edge stability on that thing...

Anyway, yeah, usually two knives
 
One, but I've been contemplating either downgrading or carrying a second, since I don't trust my co-workers with my knives. And I'd feel less bad if a RAT gets screwed up than one of my ZT's.
 
I carry one folder in my right front pocket(currently my 0900), and I have one of those goofy card multi-tool in my wallet. It was a gift from someone and I've used it on occasion. That's usually it, though.

If I plan on going on a deep trail ride with my KLR or a long hike then I'll carry a small fixed blade in my backpack.
 
When I'm not on a job, I've always carried one knife. A folder in my back pocket.

But I'll be ordering a small fixed blade soon. I'm gonna try carrying it along with my folder.

So that'll make 2.
 
Who knows. I know I have a knife in my pants pocket. Beyond that Scagel only knows how many other knives are floating about on my person somewhere at any time.

That's a lot of knives to carry at one time. Do you actually have a use for them or do you just like hauling all that around?
 
I currently have a Leatherman Surge on my belt, Victorinox Explorer on a suspension clip, Case Seahorse in the back pocket and a Svord Peasant in the carpenter pocket.
The Svord is an extra from usual but the rest I usually have on me.
I've always been a packrat.
 
I currently am carrying a Benchmade Bugout in my right front pocket, and a SAK Farmer in the watch pocket.
 
"Too much" just depends on what you use or feel you might realistically need on a day to day basis. Today I have a LionSteel small Opera in my right front pants pocket, a Steel Will Mini Cutjack clipped in my right rear pocket, and a Leatherman Ps4 Squirt on my key ring. I still often carry a Vic Adventurer (side lock version) SAK which is pretty much just a large 111mm Tinker.

I'm not sure why I carry that many, I guess now it's just a habit when I grab my things before I go anywhere they just automatically get put in my pockets, I like having more than one sharp blade on me but I rarely have a need for more than one knife so I'll probably scale down a bit since I have other edc's (9mm small flashlight, wallet) I carry, I guess I just like them alot
 
I keep flashlights scattered around in vehicles and so forth, so I don't carry one routinely on my person.
 
One 99% of the time. Small fixed blade, horizontal, crossdraw carry.

Occasionally I will also carry a trapper in a buckaroo pouch in the right front pocket.

On very rare occasions when I go to the big city I will carry only the trapper.
