Not counting multitool, I roll with 2 these days. Right front is usually an Endura, Matriarch, or Ronin Shoto. Right rear is one of my old Grips, stainless Endura, or Manix 2 XL. I am contemplating adding a third, but at this point I have to go keychain or fixed blade.

Off-duty I drop down to two knives and the Glock.

Usually 2. Backup clipped to left front pocket, usually a 3 to 4 inch folder. Right front pocket is usually a folder or under 5 inch fixed blade.

I'm not a minimalist and I don't like having to choose just one or two so counting Saks(but not multis) I usually have 6 or 8 on me. Just whatever I feel like grabbing that day. Yesterday I had 7 that I can think of ranging from an old Schrade USA* 18ot Mighty Mite to a Cold Steel SR1. I probably could have easily gotten by with just the Mighty Mite, but I don't wanna.lol.

*I really enjoy their old USA made slip joints and lockbacks, but I don't mess with the new stuff much.

To be honest here I only carry one knife on me at any given time. Other people’s experience may be different but I have never been in a situation where I needed a knife in each hand.

Hah! No two-handed knife fights for me yet either… I have however been in the situation quite a few times where I was holding something in my dominant hand that needed to be cut and did not want to let go to get the knife out of my right front pocket. That’s why I fairly often also carry a knife in my left front pocket that I can access with my non-dominant hand.

And also I just like carrying knives.

Same here. A 3.5” fixed, some whittler or another, and a Swisschamp. I could be fine with any one of them… but, I don’t have to be, so 3 it is.

1, only ever 1. I'm white collar, I need nothing more ever. I've got other options in my car for SHTF needs, but for pocket knives, it's just one.
