How many knives are you carrying today?

Unless I'm camping, only one knife and have yet to wish I had more knives on me. Most days it's a clip point XHP Recon 1, which has a fine tip and is also strong enough for heavy cutting. If it's really wet out, I'll forgo the Recon 1 and carry either a Pacific Salt, SOG Seal Pup, Spyderco Waterway, or recently a Buck 119.

I've tried carrying a traditional in addition, but gave it up. One durable knife with a fine tip is good enough for me.

On some of these it cracks me up to get a mental image of somebody pulling 7 or 8 EDCs. Like in some movies where people are emptying their pockets of weapons for whatever reason and it just keeps going on and on. 😆

Been EDC'ing my SAK for decades.
If I'm in the woods for a while I bring my SAK toolchest. Quite versatile.
I tend to carry more torches (flashlights) then knives for some reason.

I can get away with 3 a day, and another one or two in my possibles bag - recycled photo from another thread:
