I have been known to buy multiples of my favorite knives and lines of knives. My most developed is my Spyderco and Victorinox, however, over 25 of each, compared to other brands
RATs, though. Modern class

My biggest hoard of 9 PM2s... jeez. 1x BD1N, orange cosmic ripple texture aluminum, grew on me a lot, one of my faves. 2x S30V, Digicam and blackout Wharncliffe, 1x S45VN purple/blue anodized and engraved, 2x Cruwear, Micarta and Maple, (love the Cruwear even though I still need a sympathetic knife guy to assist me getting the Maple action correct, of course at my peril and compensated. I suck at compression lock maintenance) 1x milled copper, Rex 45, and is half as much as the aluminum Espada XL (1lb knife, very good but hefty! 1x Maxamet which is both a good challenge and intimidating to start on as an EDC! Was an impulse to score. And, the seemingly most coveted, the tan scorpion, CPM-10V model, was hard to find but I hear the 10V can best USA K390. Now I just want the rumored Revere-S PM2. The Millie and Para 3 have been bugging me outta curiosity, at a time where I'm on a break and only buying this awesome custom for the kitchen. Thank god I snagged a 4V Para3 and 440V (same difference, yeah?
) Military to play with in the meantime...

Cold Steel through the ages! Look at the more narrow blade and very acute hollow grind to hell on the bottom, that is the first, old, but gold, AUS 8 version, designed as pure weapon, , cause of that edge profile. Then they started figuring that it would still be prudent to make the knife more robust and usable, shape, grind... I have a newer (tan) and an older XHP (purp), both the regular Large that I scored that has a less intense shape and hollow grind. Very good medium for some. Then, come the saber full flat grind, like the newer AUS10A blades, or the S35VN. Also, the fancy S35VN blade is just a little bit thicker than the standard. Very interesting.

Thought one of the XHP Large that I bought was supposed to be an XL, but I mis-saw it. did not even plan to get two L Espadas, but hey... these are good knives! Now I am "almost" just really want an Espada XL in XHP, or to make a Gentleman's Espada, XL or Large (where a black blade, preferably XHP but AUS10A works, too, is put on the shiny G10 aluminum frame.)
There's quite a few knives and patterns I follow.... the reverse-S pattern. I just love it, the way folks love stilettos, balis, or what have you. Gives me happiness.
1x Cricket, serrated, LOVE it as a pocket utility, weightless in 5th pocket... and will soon be comparing the Cricket to the Wharnie Dfly or my Janicliffe Endura.
3x Dodos, only photoed the P/E Ironwood as my serrated Jade is there, and the other one is identical, to be had in blue scales soon. These are underrated. All M4
2x Ringed, waved Matriarchs, blacked out and burgundy satin. Waiting for a compression lock version of any reverse-S knife, would love them to sell a Civilian 2, along the original.
1x Lil Matriarch P/E with same setup
1x ATS-55 linerlless Civilian
1x Cold Steel Black Talon, love the size and build, it is like a steroid using Civilian. The gripe is really hard to sharpen their serrations, they seem very one and done with the pattern.

As of now, I have 5 or 6 Janicliffes, not exact copies of the SAME, but all the same style. I love the Wharncliffe shape for extreme utility while at the same time feeling secure that it can be waved out in a seconds notice. All around a useful style.
2x Yojumbo blacked out and satin, love the model and intend to sell a standard, grab a S90V, when my fun-money gets normalized, Christmas is not that time.
2x 1x Yojimbo - I decided to sell my 20CV version, which I kind of regret, especially now that I am entering a different endeavor that allows me to use my knives more and put steels and bladeshapes to the test. Still, having the Cruwear softens the blow. Love that stuff.
2x Ronin 2 - Decided to keep two, very "small" comfortable knives,
1x Mickey Yurco x 5x5 custom - 5x5, Yurco and Janich have a great thing here, regrinding and selling small batches of knives reground for Delica, Endela, Endura. Yurco does a thinned out Mike's reground Jandura/Jandela/Jandelica, they are hollow-ground with a focus on people from Chicago and their length limit, while maximizing their handle reach. They come out with tools for the backspacer, like a screwdriver/glass breaker/cutter, a deep-carry clip, as you see at the bottom of mine going into the backspacer. They also make waves and ring tools, and their style, the Pickpocket and Talisman (heh) is good and serviceable, but the Wise Men Co make better of both. Love normal Spyderco Wharncliffes, too.
