How many of you do not carry a knife every single day?

Never ever without one. Sometimes big, sometimes small, but I always carry a knife. Funny thing is that everyone I associate with knows I always have a knife and whenever any task requires cutting they turn to me. It has never occured to them to get their own knife.

anybody found a good way of safely sleeping with a knife?? :D

oh, and doing that without upsetting the wife?:o

Usually I've got at least two knives, one folder and a fixed blade. I never know what my job will bring: crawling through walls/ceilings looking for pipes, opening boxes....... I'm more likly to forget a watch or cell phone.

for me it's every day and night.i "carry" a folder clipped to the pocket of my shorts when i sleep

Now thats what Im talking about

A little toooo close for comfort in my books, but you are abviously a real knife nut

At daytime I usually carry a folder or a neck knife and a multitool with an Inova X1 lamp. (A SAK and a larger fixed blade are always in my bag. ;))

I always have a knife on me. The type varies, from classic slipjoint, to SAK, to large locking folder, depending on my attire and the day ahead. At the office, I carry a gent's folder (BM 440) or a slipjoint, always with a SAK in my briefcase. On the weekends, I carry anything that strikes the mood, unless I know of a specific need for a particular knife.

I carry every day, unless I'm going through the airport. I'd like to carry one at the airport but I'd get busted. I've got a minigrip for the office and a Manix for weekends.

Whenever I can. My school prohibits them (I suppose for good reason), so if I do not go home during the day I am without.

I always carry at least 2 knives, unlessI'm in some socialist enclave where it's prohibited.

I carry a knife everyday. I am 29 and have since I was 13 or so. Just don't feel right without a knife on me.

Heck, ever since I was old enough to get my CWP, I carry a gun too.

I probably carry mine 3 or 4 days a week. Sometimes less, rarely ever more. I just don't have a daily need for one, therefore it doesn't always come with me. Depends on what I'll be doing that day and whether I think I might run into a situation where I'll need it. Much of the time I bring it, it ends up being nothing but pocket weight.

Every day. No exceptions. It goes out with me as soon as I get up to take the dog out and comes off when I get in bed at night.

I am apart with my knives only when I go to my son's school, court, and airport. Than I leave them in a car.

...I have forgotten my American Express card. But never my knife. :D

The only times I don't have at least a folder on me are during air travel or if I have to enter a governmental building.

Every Day. The only times I foresee not having a knife on me is in Govt. Building where it's prohibited or on a Airline.

Why should you not have a knife on you every day?
