How many of you EDC an expensive ($300-$400 and up) Knife

I los a $200 plus blade earlier this year and it still hurts. I replaced the lost knife and continue to carry my high end folders. Hope it never happens again.

I EDC small Sebenza 21 since shortly. I would not buy it if I did not intend to use/carry it. Unless I find something I like more I will keep the small Sebenza close by :)

I carried Sebenza's for years. Nowadays, I typically prefer a less pricey lightweight tactical folder (Manix II LW or Endura 4 FFg are good examples) for EDC. But I still rock a Seb now and again, just not every day.

Those knives are the work of Phil Wilson, to call him a legend would be quite the understatement.

If you read the very popular thread on this forum, on the subject of edge holding ability of various steel types, you will see that Phil Wilson's knives performed so much better than any other knives tested they had to be omitted from the rankings.

Again, it would be a gross understatement to say that they are difficult to get a hold of.

Who is the maker? Thanks :)

They are indeed the handiwork or Mr. Phil Wilson. The last two I'd part with should it be necessary.
