how many people carry 2+ knives for EDC?

I like to carry a dedicated knife plus a multitool. At work, I carry a small traditional slipjoint in my dress pants pocket and a multitool in my messenger bag.

On my own time, this combo is my edc:

Always a pair - modern & traditional.

Today, it's a MT Executive Scarab and a Northwoods Fremont.

Recently I have been carrying some kind of larger "tactical" folder, and a Douk Douk in my shirt pocket or wallet.

I carry three normally. In the bottom of my RFP I have my AG Russell medium Barlow and clipped to the top my ZT-0350OR. In my RRP I have my Spyderco Endura 4, w/no clip. The Barlow is my utility knife. The Endura is the slicer. I just like the ZT too much to leave it at home!

I always carry a main folder or fixed blade and my Vic Farmer in the back pocket

I carry these on me, and another few in my EDC bag.

I pretty much always carry two knives, one 3" or longer blade and a slipjoint....but if you get technical about it there is a blade in my multitool and then there is the little Ti wallet knife so I guess you could say that is four...but those are back up blades. :p

I almost always carry two.

At work I carry a Benchmade Contego and a Leatherman of some sort, most often a Wave.

Off duty I carry a Benchmade Griptillian and a Victorinox Farmer.

I feel naked without a multitool and if I go with just one knife it's the Farmer.

I used to carry just one, and sometimes a forgotten SAK in my bag.
Then I started making knives, and felt I had to always carry one of my own (fixed-blade only so far).
THEN I got interested in nicer folders, and now often carry a folder and one of my own. Sometimes I just go back to a single folder to be discrete, even though my EDC fixed blades are modest and usually go unseen. Sometimes I 'forget' and carry three... Not because I NEED to.

Now I am the people I thought were weird.

Boker Keycom on my keychain, so I will never be without a knife. Then I carry another like Mini Grip or Para 2

I always walk out the house with two. One modern, 3inch or larger (mostly the latter) and a H1 ladybug. The modern folder is for any "heavy tasks" and the lady bug is used for opening letters, packages etc. And it elps when there's ppl around that may be alarmed by a lahrger blade as well as at work.
Really want to start carrying a SAK though as it offers a solution to those around who ask to borrow my knife to try and unscrew something. To which I have to respond, "I'll get you a screwdriver"

If I'm carrying a multitool then I usually grab another knife too. Also if I'm carrying a big knife like my Spyderco Farid then I like to have my dragonfly too, in case I need to use it in public, turns too many heads to whip out the K2!

I used to carry just one until one day last year my coworker needed a broken zipper cut (trapped laptop emergency) and the only one I had on me was a Yojimbo 2. It did the job. :) Now I carry a more modest slip joint with my more imposing folders. A small Sebenza or a Native 5 are ok alone but pretty much all the Emersons, Zero Tolerance and other Spydercos are a little too much for NKP. Spyderco's new Roadie is awesome back up and I'm appreciating my new interest in traditionals.

I usually have two in my jeans/slacks - a larger traditional slipjoint in a pocketslip, and a small peanut sized one in my coin pocket. Then I have another one or two in my sport jacket - a Hartkopf camp knife (can/bottle openers, awl, blades), and maybe another just for kicks.

When I do have a modern folder, I have a customized Spyderco Southard which gets the most use. No fixed blades as part of my normal EDC. Just for camping.

At work i do mainly because i dont like to use a dirty knife to peel my apple.

Always. A larger modern folder on the right, a traditional or Alox SAK on the left. I also have a multitool in my bag if I end up needing it.

Well if we're going to count the bag, I'm up to 5 blades. The three I mentioned previously plus a Swisstool and a RatManDu.
