how many people carry 2+ knives for EDC?

Oh I always do. One for small EDC tasks, typically it's my Kershaw Leek or CRKT Ripple, and a bigger one for emergency self defense, since it's hard to get a CCP here in Maryland, especially when everyone in your household is anti-gun. If I only can carry one, then it's my Paramilitary 2 since it can roll either way.
 
I usually carry two in the form of a single-bladed locking folder and some sort of small multitool.
 
I like a OHO folder for general use and an SAK for the tools. I also carry a small SAK on my keychain for small tools and backup.
 
I have been carrying two blades to compliment eachother for more varied usage, not just as a back-up.
Typically one larger and one smaller. Recently been starting to get more into one plain edge and one serrated and liking that as well. :thumbup:

I always carry 2 and usually 3. I keep a Victorinox Pioneer in my wallet and then whatever is a part of my rotation at the time -- usually a large (3.5") folder like an XM-18, a Sebenza, or a ZT. If I'm wearing jeans I also carry my small sebenza 21 in the coin pocket.
 
Typically 2, at least for the past 3-4 years.

1 Fixed blade (rat-3 is my EDC FB, has been for 3-4 years). I really like this knife. Cheap, good size, carries flat.

2 folder. I rotate these, but it's either a PM2 or a manix 2.

If I'm in the woods, which is often, then I typically have a large knife (swamprat rodent 6 is a perennial favorite) and I ditch the rat-3
 
Usually I carry a Victorinox card, a razor blade embedded in a plastic card, a pen with hidden blade under the cap, a small multitool knife and a "heavy duty" folding knife, the last one manufactured in Brazil.

If you count literally every blade I carry then every day its either 3 or 4. 2 of these are tiny blades though, one is a small SAK on my car key chain and the other is a small Gerber Dime multi-tool on my other key ring. Aside from those, I usually carry 1 or 2 regular knives. Today for example I had my Para 2 in my back left pocket and a Kershaw-Emerson wave in my front right pocket. That has been my setup lately if I am carrying my Glock in its holster on my belt. If I am carrying my smaller Ruger LCP .380 in my front right pocket then I will most likely just carry a knife in my back left pocket, either my Para 2 or a Kershaw Blur. Considering I have those 2 small blades on my keychain, I don't see the need to ever carry more then 2 actual pocket knives on me. Just taking up space at that point. I also have a number of blades in my vehicle, one in easy reach of my driver seat and a few in a backpack I keep in my trunk.
 
A Manbug on my keychain plus my regular EDC, whichever it happens to be that day. Sundays I'll slip a Traditional in the pocket sheath and head out to church. Yep...got it covered.
 
I carry either my ZT 0562 or 0350 in my pocket. In my EDC bag I have a Leatherman Wave, an ESEE IZULA, and an SAK of one type or another out of my collection. If I think I may need a larger fixed blade I may swap the IZULA for an ESEE 4 or Laser Strike.

I also carry a Curtiss Nano as a cash clip, but lately I haven't had any cash so it stays in a drawer and the MT UTX 70 in my wallet.

I usually have a Leatherman Skeletool CX, a Kershaw Turbulence or Knockout in elmax, and either a Blackjack Model 155 or Ontario Rat3 fixed blade. The leatherman does most of the tough but small work(like opening those damn plastic packages they design to cut you before your done cutting it), the Turbulence/Knockout and or 155 usually see light tasks like opening boxes/mail and prepping or eating food. The Rat sees most of the rougher stuff like yard work and the like.
 
2-3 knives daily. My main EDC in my right front pocket ,usually a CRK and then a Sog Snarl around my neck and then sometimes another in my left pocket or my right rear next to my wallet.
 
I carry 2 everyday. Larger, modern folder for when I need to use it, and a SAK on the weekdays for work, or a Stag Jack on the weekends.
 
PM2 in my fl pocket. Dragonfly2 in my fifth pocket. Izula in the bag. Also alox pioneer in sheath with the leatherman wave.
 
2 when I'm off duty, a XM18 and SAK tinker
3 when I'm on duty, XM18, tinker and leatherman
 
I always carry more than one. Which knives depends on what I am doing. Usually some sort of fixed blade and then a folder.
