How Tadgear.com lied and stole from me

I didn't receive a response either. I was going to give them a few more days with the holiday and all. Especially since this email didn't go to a general info box which presumably more than one person has access to and only mike has access to his (I am guessing) and he might be taking a few more days off. I hope I don't regret not putting in the charge back.
 
I gave Tad a second chance and ordered again. This time the package was missing an item that I was charged for. It was a minor item for a couple of bucks (skull key caps). I am not go through everything I had to last time to chase them down this time. I am just going to let it go. This I am sure is a simple mistake but evidence of further problems with their customer service.
