I like the jigged (that's a word I learned here) handle. What kind of steel? I'm really interested in S30V but don't care for the coating on the Alaskan's blade (that's not to say I don't plan to acquire one).
I'm working tomorrow, so it's time to hit the sack.
Maybe I'll dream up a few more ways to "test" some other knives I have around the house...
