Hows this look.

The second drawing is nice. I believe you have a couple too many pins. Have you put them there for decoration, or are they functional? Always have a reason behind your design. I look forward to seeing it finished.

well after going through hundreds of pictures i think i have found the handle material that belongs to this knife. here is a picture

what you think. i looked through tons of tooth scales and when i saw this one i got the idea to make the curve in pattern on the scales to flow with the handle curve. so there would be a little cream on top with the blue on the bottom. gard would be a nice cream ivory with copper spacers and wrought iron. what do you think.

Still up thinking about the knife?

its funny because you can get so sucked into projects like this
that you think of it almost like woman, you just cant rattle it outta your head

What kind of whackos are up talking about KNIVES at this hour?!!!

....oh wait ....
:D

I think you have a winner! I am getting into this hobby myself and from what I have seen, your sketch looks awesome! When are you going to get started?

Personally I dont like the finger space being in the blade, it just takes up useable blade length. If you have a guard then you dont really need the finger coil.

As for the second curved design... It seems like the handle tapers off the farther it gets away from the blade, personally I dont like that look or feel.

Out of the two you have drawn I prefer the top one.
Otherwise they look great, The handles look like they promise to be nice.

I like the way the finger space looks on the blade but it does take some blade area and correct me if I am wrong but would it not be safer farther back? I love the way it looks and I am no expert to say the least, I am just learning myself.
