Hurry up and bring on the 25!!!!!

Sweet that means I'm probly on the next list:thumbup: I was afraid I'd be selling a Seb to afford this one, but now it looks like I have a little time to save:D There is no way I'm missing out on this one:eek:

Same boat brother, same boat.

Anybody know the pricing on it? Will it be $410 when things settle down? Or are "gas prices" gonna affect the 25 also?

Price will be 445.00 410 + 35 for the double thumb lug. All are scheduled to come with the double lug. So looks like 445 is new price.

A fair price for a nice upgrade.

The double studs aren't worth it to me, but they do add a touch of symmetry.

Thanks. Yeah, I did see that price before, I was just thinking it might be an added premium and not the msrp. Im wondering now if they will offer it in single lug in the future. Looking forward to getting a 25 down the road, and Im sure a small 25 will follow suit also, another one to look out for.

Well mine should ship tomorrow from my dealer. Woo Hoo!

Cool, thanks for the heads up....really interesting cutout on top of the blade, directly in front of the thumb studs?

I for one am not a fan of that cutout on the top of the blade at all. I can't even think of a reason why it would need to be there  However, other then that i'm really liking the look of this knife. I think I will wait to see what kinda inlay options they will make available for it before purchasing though.

Definitely not liking the notch on the blade,BUT, I am loving the fact that the locating hole on the scale is gone.

I'm thinking a "finger rest" ?? Kind of like on the umnum, but this one looks ALOT smaller.

Maybe the notch is meant for use as a striker for a firesteel? It reminds me of the notch custom knifemaker Phil Rose puts on his PSK (Personal Survival Knife) line of knives, which actually come with a firesteel attached to the kydex sheath.

It looks like styling more than a functional thing to me as it has slightly chamfered edges so won't throw sparks from a fero rod. It does give it a sort of harpoon swedge look though. I wonder if they will do a swedge on this knife as they have stopped doing them on the Regulars ? A full spine swedge would run into that notch quite nicely and would give a sacrificial edge that will trow sparks like the Umnumzaan has. I do like that knife over all and think I might need one but I still get a little irked by the IM engraving.
