I.C.C.E What are you bringing to K.C.

Working on one final piece for the show. This one will be a traditional Bowie with a stylized clam shell pommel and ball tip guard when done. The blade is a "W" pattern variation with blackwood handle & pewter inlets:

It is a continuous work in progress, but these two are finished:

two New York special, one in desert ironwood and the other mammoth

Got in on this thread late...... I have 3 of my "Split Personality" Flippers ready for the show, am working on sheaths for a couple of damascus hunters......and just finished this one yesterday.....

I've got one "Rock-the-House" stabilized Walnut Fighter with hot-blued hardware and a Turkish Twist blade,
and a Ringed Gidgee Fighter with a tight single twist blade.
Both Damascus blades will also be hot-blued for high contrast.

I am looking forward to this show and seeing some of these knives in person. Another one I will have on my table.

Another Bruce Bump and Jere Davidson Masterpiece. Outstanding!!!
I didn't think I would like the checkering on the MOP, but was wrong as it really adds elegance IMO.

a masterpiece by two of the finest. I'm sure that presentation will be something of interest to makers and collectors and be talked about for days after as will that incredible project. Really something quite special Bruce and Jere.

That's a fine one Bruce.

Here's a small Utility EDC that I will have. The blade is 3-1/2 inch with an OAL of 7-7/8 inch. The fittings are stainless and the handle is Ivory and African Blackwood.

I'm planning to have a few more for delivery at the show. Time is short.

10 1/4" 420/1095 San Mai with stabilized Tasmanian Blackwood for the handle, and a hot-blued, mild steel 'S' guard:
(Ivory finial cover)

(Second from left in previous photo)

One I call my S.O.B. (Short Occasional Bowie). (Far right in previous photo).
Hot-blued single twist blade with stainless take-down hardware and stabilized Feather Walnut.

Fine looking whittler, Craig, not an easy pattern to get right.

Looking great Karl, can't wait to see the "Rock the House" fighter!
