I don't see Simon as a 4. Zoe is the 4 I think. Simon is more specialized but invaluable.

I learned this a few months ago. We had leftover cold mashed potatoes in the fridge. I sliced it into a sheet about 1cm thick and buttered both sides then dropped it in a frying pan for a few min on both sides until it crisped up. It was amazing.

Another good weekend gone. Weather is getting real nice though. Going to start planning an all night catfish party soon.
Hiked through the woods Saturday, found some of my old spots from when I was a little kid. Some boards left on the ground rotten, bout all thats left but it brought back fond memories.
Guns and bows came out today. Didn't wear an arm guard and once again have a skinned up arm... I'll never learn lol
Got the cheap scope zeroed in pretty good at 85 yards... That's as far as we can go in this particular area... But that's far enough for fun shooting anyways.
My feet are black as can be... But them teva's are amazing. Most comfortable shoes ever.
I like spam more than most.
The big dipper is easy to find... Little dipper not so much... Brightest star in little diper is suppose to be the north star... The big dippers bucket should point in the general direction.... Still I can never find it...
Mayo is still disgusting... But that's not really new news....

Spent all of last week making apple butter at the church my cousins go to to raise money for it. Time to go do it again tomorrow. :thumbup:

I shot my bow this afternoon, too. Trigger on the release was a mite too hair and one went into the woods behind the shed. Must have hit it accidentally and also hit the shed roof with another. Found the second one.....and one of the girls' arrows that I thought was in the shed (hiding under the riding mower) but apparently has been sitting in the brush for a couple months. Archery is fun.
Went and visited with Jim Bensinger at the Manchester Gun & Knife show. Brought home a bit of new 1095:
plus handled and drooled over a bunch of his other knives.

Yeah... No CF was all wrong. Jayne is a 9, Zoe is the 4, Mal is the 1, River is the 5, Inara is the 6, Simon is the 7, Kaylee is the 2, Wash is 11, and Serenity is the 15.
I'm VERY disappointed in ALL of you, discussing Firefly and never once referencing Serenity as one of the characters!
Kaylee is a 2? Have you even seen the show?

Yup, actually think about it. Kaylee's job is when the $#!+ goes sideways they call on her to fix it. She can fix Serenity, she fixes the crew when they are in discordance, and when she has to she wears ruffles.
Jayne is the BK1, the Brute
Inara is a companion so she's the 2
Kaylee is not subtle and the mechanic so I'm gonna say shes a BK3
Zoe is a 4 because she's second in command can fill a variety of roles
River is a 5 because when they get bogged down she cuts through the BS
Mal is a BK9 because he's kinda the king I guess
Simon is a 13 because he's handy to have around but too small to use for much
Book is a 15 because he's precise and uses finesse
I haven't figured out what wash is yet.

Hoss you are thinking about this WAY too literally, You really think that between Jayne and Mal, Jayne is the BK-1 and Mal is the BK-9? Based simply on the names... You need to go deeper!
The 9 is intimidating and underestimated, does that sound like Mal?
