If you're looking at those two, check out the Yamaha FJR- really great bike- not that those aren't!
 
Never owned one and have ridden very little. I have my eye on either a Killer Cow or the one below. Someday.

I have put many a mile on a Cannondale M500 mtn. bike but doubt that counts in this crowd of high milers.

I think I was 14 when my dad turned me loose on his 1942 XA. Not many can say they know what they are much less get a chance to ride one.
