I got a knife from China a few weeks ago from a New Jersey importer.

This knife was called a CH B000302. It is a titanium frame lock, steel insert, ball bearing flipper with a D2 blade, 3and a half inches.

The knife is incredibly well made, came sharper than almost any knife I have ever bought. I generally have to sharpen knives as soon as I get them, except Spydercos, that generally come pretty sharp, but this knife is very sharp. I actually like D2 steel and this knife has stood two weeks of pretty harsh use and is holding the edge perfectly. As far as I can tell, this knife is not a clone, but a unique design. There is a Two Sun knife that resembles it, but the Two Sun is many levels lower quality. I have to say this knife is about as good a knife as any I have purchased from Benchmade or ZT. The smoothness of the flipper is outstanding, no blade play, strong but thin so sits well in the pocket, titanium clip, good detent. They seem to be sold out of these knives, but who knows, they may come back in stock. I paid 75 for it, and it is easily equal to knives costing 200 or more.

Do you have any pictures of your own? How do you know the materials are what you say?

Do you have any pics showing it in use, or yours after being used?
I would like to see how easily the handles show their "snail trails".

The pic you show is jacked straight from Amazon, and it looks to just be a stock photo thats on another website that seems to sell a bunch of Chinese import stuff.

I'm interested in the answers to Craytab's post.
I;m intrigued but skeptical.

I've seen titanium handled knives from China for about 60 dollars. Wouldn't be a bit surprised that knife is ti.

Betcha a nickel that a little research would find the original version of what is most likely a "clone."

Yep. I'm on board with Cray.

Any further pics?
I mean, you can take them Right Now. You obviously know how to post pics...

I had the CH3504 briefly. It is nice for the money but you're getting a knife from a mystery company without much assurance of materials used and of course no warranty. The knife pictured above is good looking and I have no doubt that it's pretty well made.

If that is titanium then I'm Abraham Lincoln.

It is titanium. Ch knives is a newer brand that originally looked a lot like kizer knives. Mostly sold on the chinese sites of which need no mention. I have a ch but its not this design. While my knife is titanium the excecution of the knife is rather poor. I have not seen the one the op has though.

"I paid $75.00 for it and it's equal to knives costing $200 or more..."

Please explain.
Have you used it?

Is this an "initial quality feel thing" based on what?
Who makes it?

We really need less threads like this.
There is nothing to be learned here, just a shill pushing the latest and greatest knife of all time....

D2, flipper, bearings, titanium scales and clip, anodized, for $75???? Sounds fishy.

In china it happens all the time. Chinese knives become expensive usually after they become popular and the brand gets accepted. Stedemon, rike, reate among others all were tremendously less expensive when the only place you could get them was chinese wholesale sites. But like others have mentioned no warranty. Some sellers will send parts if they fail or discount on the next purchase. Warranty and middle men dont figure into the price. Its actually pretty clever. Make designs that are a collage of other designs. Change just enough things that you cant be accused of counterfeiting buy familiar enough that the knives have appeal. Offer them at low prices to generate interest and once you have a larger presence prices go up as demand rises and distribution and warranty are introduced.

I can tell you one thing its not american d2 but a chinese equivalent. Its not a bad steel but it doesnt take anything but a stonewash finish very well as there is usually quite a bit of alloy banding that blurs the grind when doing satin finishes. And even as a d2 equivalent the term is used loosely.
