So Im getting ready to buy another knife. I am wanting a knife with the titanium handles and frame lock too. I was thinking about the Spyderco Ti Mil. but im just going to go all the way and get the Large Sabenza 21 (plain)! My question is where is everyone buying them from? Im looking for a reputable place to get it from. So please let me know. Thank you. :)

New ones are all the same price. Good vendors are plaza cutlery, true north knives, etc. I agree with your choice to go all the way for the real deal. You will like it.

I would try Only Fine Knives. They have free shipping, I have delt with them and they were great. I have dealt with plaza and they are great as well, I think shipping is like $10 or so from them. I have heard great things about TNK, but shipping is like $30. ALL prices for the knives themselves are the same price though, so if you wanna large plain sebbie, your going to pay $385.00 anywhere.

I got mine from Sooner State Knives. They are an authorized dealer according to the CR website. Large, plain handle goes for $385. Shipping was fast.

That's weird.
I just checked Ebay and prices indeed start at exactly $385:confused:

What is the advantage of TNK? They charge like $30 for shipping while plenty of other great dealers do it for free.

Well, that's not true...at all. Here's their shipping fees:

USA - UPS NEXT DAY (CONUS) No Signature US $30.00
USA - UPS NEXT DAY (CONUS) Signature Required US $32.50
USA - (AK & HI) - UPS NEXT DAY SAVER (1 -2 BUSINESS DAYS) US $36.00
USA - FEDEX OVERNIGHT (CONUS) (NEXT DAY) US $30.00
USA - FEDEX SECOND DAY (CONUS) (2 DAYS) US $25.00
USA - UPS SATURDAY DELIVERY (CONUS) (SATURDAY) US $50.00

CANADA - UPS - (QC & ON) (Major Centers) US $20.00
CANADA - UPS (Elsewhere) US $25.00

WESTERN EUROPE/SCANDINAVIA - (UPS Express / FedEx) (2-3 DAYS) US $55.00 and up.*
ASIA and the rest of the world - (UPS Express / FedEx) (3-4 Days) US $65.00 and up.*
*Subject to final quote.

ACTIVE MILITARY ONLY - APO/FPO Military Addresses Only - USPS Priority Mail US $20.00

So...$20 for me. Seems reasonable - YMMV.

I went to chrisreeve.com and looked in the dealers section. Fortunately, there was one near my place. This is the best way in my opinion 'cause you can handle the knife and see if you like it or not.

Of course keep in mind you don't wanna pay more than others are asking for it (which is about $400 for the Umnumzaan and $385 for a large Sebbie).

Most of the major CRK dealers show lg. sebs as a no stock. I would call CRK

directly. They dont offer free shipping as most dealers will but you may be

able to get a seb from them.

You can check ...knifecenter,knifeworks,newgraham,onlyfineknives,knives

shipfree,peasandcorn.

True North charges $25 for Fed Ex 2 day service. I just bought a custom R J Martin from TNK.
$25 shipping is the cheapest TNK offers to the US.

Looks more like $25+, and you get the exclusive TNK silver lug. Nothing is free in this world, my friend :)

Besides, NewGraham is VERY good too in my book...I never ordered from others, so I can't speak from experience but I heard good things.

Id go for new graham (I think they still have free shipping on their Sebenzas) or Knivesshipfree. I have had great experiences with both companies and would go with either of the two. Good luck and I hope you like the seb:)

I didn't know TNK was the only dealer offering Sebs w/ silver lugs. I like them so much more than the blue, which kinda stick out on the otherwise all-grey knife like a pimple on a princess's ass. Gold lugs are nice, too.

What's weird? It's just well executed distribution management.

It's a lot easier to accomplish when you have an "in demand" product, only make 1,500 or fewer line item pieces in a year, and resist selling to every dealer that wants to buy.

I too got the itch. I saw one in person at a gun show and it just looked so nice. Now I must try to resist. Thinking about getting a Ruger SR9C and they're almost the same price...
