Off Topic I hate this kid.

I baton soft wood with a monster ESEE fixed blade. It has a super thick blade and I still make sure I am careful and wouldn’t dream of trying to baton green or hard wood. So far so good. :)

I have spilt up a few small logs with a 119 and it worked well. If I broke the 119, I would chalk it up to my own dumbassedness and throw out the knife if I couldn’t fix it.

The whole posting videos thing complaining that a knife “broke under hard use that the knife wasn’t intended for but therefore it sucks” is quite idiotic IMO.

I hope Buck tells people like this to buy other brands and deny their warranty requests.

So buck has no excuse for selling a knife he wanted enough to buy knowing exactly what he was getting ?
The Buck 110 is a pinned knife, I don't care what year it is.
Just because adjustable pivots are common doesn't mean every knife has to have them.
He knew exactly what he was getting so I don't know why he would buy a knife with features or lack there of that he knew he didn't like.

Btw I have a Dozier and love it, but it's no Buck 110 and never will be.
Yup. A $25 USA made knife without all of the frills of a $200 equivalent is a crappy knife apparently. Shame on Buck for releasing a lighter budget version of the best selling knife of all time with identical specs for 1/2 the price. What the hell are they thinking?!?!

P.s. after watching that video, I hope the Buck team can still sleep at night.;)

I know, this guy um I mean um um um is you know um was not thinking logically at the time of the video.

This is the problem with the modern computer age; every single immature moron who has not got out of puberty, yet feels they know all through some mysterious wisdom gathering process, can expend worthless hot air gong on about subjects they actually know very little, if anything.

I would like to see more versions of the 110 and 112. Thinner, lighter and more pocket friendly have been on my wish since I bought my first Ranger. Buck makes knives with thumb studs and pocket clips, so why not another version of the light weights? We could call it the model 2018...or not.
