Says flat, but not full flat. Flat, as opposed to hollow, would be my guess.
With my current state of employment and income (broke, with no income until summer) it is an investment, I won't sell it unless it will have enough resale value to buy 2 more tweeners, production model versions obviously. And on top of all that, $93 is about what I have left from my last paycheck (december 2011), so I can't go crazy with it, and unless I can strip it without losing the signature, I need to get a new sheath for it, I don't like blade blade with a tan sheath.
In short I can't afford to impulse buy.
I'm a little peeved they didn't offer the proto run to the BH's first though since there are only 200ish of each and then the leftovers go to the rank and file. Ruuuuuuudeness.
Rolled, stamped, stripped, gimped, choiled, oiled, fondled, ogled, handled, sheathed, batonned all manner of things are coming from happy people.
I'm guessing its all about the money. It took forever for them to sell the 10's why risk that on the tweeners as well. This was probably more of a sure thing. Eh I got one either way so i'm happy.
