Went out fishing today. Got sunburn on the back of my neck. Caught a few fish, nothing special.

Still better than being at work.

It's true, he has no idea that he doesn't fit on our laps. You should see him when we get back to the Jeep after grocery shopping. He pretty much jumps on my shoulders and I have to hold him while Amanda is loading the back of the Jeep. The other people in the parking lot get a good laugh though.

Took my Mosin and some other toys out to the range today. Realized that the sights are kinda buggered. I don't think they're off but being tossed around for 60+ years has left the sights kinda dinged up so it's hard to get a good sight picture. Might try one of them Mojo sights but I think I might first see if I can just square them up with a file and color them with a black sharpie. I know that would lower the top of the sight and effect POA/POI but I figure if I'm careful I should have enough material to work with and make adjustments later. And I can always replace it if I go too far. Heck I can always replace the whole rifle...
 
I may or may not be in!! Sometimes I don't snark much.

I keep meaning to buy a mosin......I should really get after that and some cheap ammo.
 
bigghoss; go for a scope kit on the mosin on an Archangle stock :thumbup:
