Im going to be pretty upset if they dont save the kids by the end of the 1st season of Crisis. I just finished episode 3, so i have a little ways to go to catch up still.... But hopefully they save them and kill the kidnappers by the end of the season since they cancelled the show.

Yep i can handle 15-20 for a fifth of something tasty. I have had Jim Beam a few times its not bad. But I love Crown Royal, its my favorite drink period. I can drink that straight all day happily. Even the black label crown, i swish that around in my mouth to enjoy before swallowing it just like regular crown. But i dont always want to spend 30 bucks on a bottle that i can polish of easily over the weekend by myself, and if the wife is helping.... Damn its gone the same night its opened LMAO

I tasted a few "high" dollar single malt scotches in the past and remembered liking them, but lately each time i try a scotch it just makes me want some more Canadian whiskey LOL

Really still want/need to try some Knob Creek, which i guess is made by Jim Beam, but im normally hesitant about buying a bottle of something i havent tried before, because if i dont like it... Im still going to have to drink it before i buy another bottle of something else, im not about to waste money down the drain. Unless its a drain called my throat LMAO

Im glad this bottle of JW Black was given to me, otherwise id be upset at the price LMAO

And yea man, that tree was killing me until i figured out what it was.... I couldnt stop looking LMAO

It looks like the Paulownia tomentosa also known as the Princess Tree or the Empress Tree. It's an invasive species....

Facts About
Princess tree was introduced from Asia in the 1840s as an ornamental. It has also been cultivated in plantations for its specialty wood. This fast-growing tree is sometimes used on mining reclamation sites. The combination of its broad tolerance, fast growth, rapid dispersal of seeds by wind, and widespread planting raise concerns about its potential to become an invasive species.

but people buy them for ornamentals..

Yep, your late to the party LOL :D Took me a while but i finally figured it out and posted pics from the web helping ID it.

Its a nice looking tree though and looked quite different thats why i was so curious about it.

P.S..... I would NEVER eat ANYTHING MM told me to LOL

Yea there are, some of them really nice looking as well. Too bad this one is an invasive one, its quite different and nice looking.

If you like Black lable... you should try blue or green ;). I got 2 or 3 bottles of Crown Royal sitting in my bar right now. I was gifted "the big bottle" 1.75L for doing a sales guy a favor at work :) It is sitting here untouched. Looks like you need to come for a visit WW
 
So last weekend I helped my brother move to a new city 8 hours away so we could study for his Ph. D..
He just told me that he found a place within walking distance that has 70 beers on tap.

Looks like my visits will be more frequent than I had originally thought.:D

I dont like Johnnie Walker black label at all, and doubt id spend the cost to try one of the others....

But with all that Crown you got i damn sure need to visit LMAO Tell that sales guy ill do a "favor" ;) for him too HAHAHA

Oh and BTW, its alcohol abuse to leave a bottle of crown untouched. If you need help with your alcohol problem feel free to send me any and every bottle of crown you run into that you dont wanna open :D

I wonder if its any cheaper there??? I mean its not too overly expensive here, i get the 5ths for like 28 bucks in the store up the street, and sometimes its on sale for 24 bucks... Id never bother with a smaller bottle than that though.
 
Lol alcohol here in Canada is double or triple the price of the U.S. A friend of mine that visited from the U.S attributes the numerous folks that explore alternative forms of relaxation to our insane alcohol prices. That 1.75l Crown retails here for $65.

Thats not that bad bud, i think the 1.75L here is around 60.

Must be just wines then. A $7 bottle of Berengers in the U.S is $14 here. Patron tiquila is $40 down your way but $80-120 here.
