Im pretty sure I was in the wrong.... Everyone here is very correct. I'll now back my way out thanks for the good conversations I did have on this site!

Said no sir....this is real! Which looking back I shouldn't have done..... Then proceeded to walk out.... With the knock off in my hand. He quickly grew angry yelling "you didn't pay for that"... I turned smiled and said and I'm not going to.... Call the cops... I'll gladly take a misdemeanor theft charge to ensure you no longer have a business... The law doesn't smile too well on counterfeiting! Boy how quick did his expression change! I went outside and instead of quickly leaving.... Took a seat on the curb... Cracked open the rockstar and smoked a cig.... After about 20 mins of evil glares and no cops.... I headed out.... Anywho off to contact benchmade.....I'd post some pics but I'm still fresh and procrastinate spending money on memberships

So you steal from a person who probably got ripped off by the wholesaler or is a thief himself.
And that makes you better than them... how?

Never claimed to be any better.... Just getting sick of seeing good companies be tarnished by knockoff artists.
 
Note to self, don't do business with Jonadz, he is a thief.

How do you know the guy knew it was a knockoff? Maybe he got screwed.

The companies arent getting tarnished in any real manner, those that know whats what dont buy knockoffs, and it is up to them to fight it not you.
Still doesnt justify you stealing from a store owner.

IMO, having people such as yourself defending good companies is just as tarnishing to their brand. Let their legal counsel handle the Intellectual Property infringement.
 
Yikes. So you blatantly steal from a store and come on the internet to brag about it? I'm not sure that was the best idea.

The man might not have known it was fake. He could have been ripped off himself. But for you to steal from him is outright wrong. It proves no point. How do you know it was fake? Post a picture of the stolen knife.

Guess my reasoning was wrong on this matter according to the popular opinion!
 
By taking the knife without paying for it you stole it, if you wanted to make an impact it would have been better to take pictures of it in the store and reported it to Benchmade. If the store owner had troubles with you taking pictures of it, tell him you know someone that may be interested in the knife.

You screwed-up, my fiend. Don't you know that there are video cameras EVERYWHERE, so you are on-film stealing that item? Not a very wise move.

Hmm, not only are you a thief, but a bigot as well. Your lack of "bigger picture" thinking is not surprising though. I would willing to bet you get banned here sooner rather than later. One more thing, you are what is really wrong with this country, moronic theives with a false sense of entitlement. You do serve at at least one purpose though, how not to be.
