No dreams I’d stabbing anyone but I do have a recurring dream that I’m in an unknown location and can’t find my car.

I had a dream once where someone stole my car out of my garage and I lunged through the drivers window and stabbed the driver repeatedly with a spatula until we crashed. I actually woke up with the sweats after that, remembering every little detail. That one'll probably be stuck with me until I'm laid to rest.

ive slept with knives of all sorts for 6 years never once cut myself or the bedding and i keep them shaving sharp

When I lived in Chicago back in the early 90's I use to sleep with a loaded gun under the pillow. Now I live in the burbs and have to remind myself to carry a knife. It's safe as all get out where I am right now. No need to carry for defense.

Wish i could say the same.

Whenever I stay in Chicago for any extended length of time, I get PTSD.

is it possible that we just love knives, personal i like to shower my kukri at least once a week and i don't just mean having it in the room

but i do also involve myself with dangerous people but i don't factor that in to why i sleep with it

Do you mean you shower *with* your kukri, or give your kukri showers like bathing another person? Because frankly either one would be believable for this thread.

I think my over the top knife activity is more my self therapy carried over from childhood

but i'm also guaranteed a good laugh every week from the strange stuff i catch myself doing with my knife
