I will be shooting my BWM and posting Pics and hopefully a video... You haters can cry all you want!!! Whomever has the most tears over this, I will be sending the knife to you!!! LOL!!! I am now smiling and will continue to smile even if you continue to smash me like THE little piglet I am..... Hey idahoskunk!!!! You are Da Man!!!!

SHOOT IT!

Especially if you can manage to get it in the middle of the blade so it's still fully usable. That would be one hell of a war-scar.
 
Or you could shoot a Zilla 3 or 4 times from the side to make it look like a certain movie knife. :rolleyes:

But seriously, if you do, I recommend taking cover behind something and shoot through a peep hole. Put some cardboard or wood up behind it when you shoot the edge to split the round so you can see it split. :p
 
I say go for it, but a 50 BMG may be a tad overkill.

Maybe.

I'm not an expert though.
 
.50 bmg is going to completely destroy the knife, from the side, or the edge. API will take down the fattest busse without breaking a sweat. Trust me.

I've shot an ffbm before... and I know Dave has shot a busse too..
 
If you hit it directly edge on it might survive. I saw a vid of a samurai sword that took an edge on hit from a 50 cal and survived. I think it did some damage.


If it was my knife, no way in hell. If it survives, it might be stressed and waiting for a failure. If it did ever fail, or just split in half with the shot, I would never feel right about sending it in to be replaced. Just saying.

No way I would do it.
