I want a Becker BK10 BAAAAAAAAD!

Back on topic, seriously though the BK10 is the knife blade style I remember most about the Becker line from, oh lets say 10 years ago, ish.

Gotta have one, but not $200 gotta have one if'n you know what I mean.
 
Don't think it's coming from KaBar anytime soon, so your best shot (at a reasonable price) is the "maybe" forum knife.
I'm hoping that we can get Tooj really drunk at Blade this year and have him sign a formal commitment to the project. :D

I just think I got really excited I actually found one on Ebay. Now that I'm down from that high I think it was best I got outbid. I will patiently wait for my want ad do the fishing.

Of those of you who have it what do you like most about it?
 
Good lookin' knife.

Kind of a cross between a 2 and a 7. Got the thumb ramp of the 7 and bigger, heavier, blade of the 2. (at least it looks that way in the pics)

AND ... not for nothing, but ya'll are a twisted lot, ain't ya. :eek: Or is it just the full moon ? (LOL)
 
Similar blade shape to the 9. Just shorter. Also a thinner stock knife than the 2.
 
Yeah, wasn't really sure exactly how to describe it. Does look like a 9 only different. Cool blade though.

Sux. Worst knife ever. I tried to cut a pat of butter to make some eggs once, chipped the edge all out. Looked like a Tramotina Steak knife after one cut, of butter. Good handle though, really liked those ergos.

Seriously, great knife, well made and tough as all get out. Too bad the BK2 is better. Thats my opinion, but around here, might as well be a Mandate from Heaven. Hear me?

Don't get me wrong...I love my BK2s'. But due to the weight if I need to do ninja somersaults I need a bit less weight. You know for those stealth missions...

Well even the BK9 feels lighter than the BK2(about a 1lb). So if the BK10 a little more than half the size of the BK9......I don't know 12ounces? I will just have to OWN one to find out :) Hopefully soon

According to our FAQ the Campanion comes in at a svelte 13.34 ounces, whereas the Crewman is ? ounces. Step three: profit.

Im not sure if thats correct, I just compared a bk10 and 2, the weight difference is quite noticable. Of course this isnt scientific, I dont have a scale that would work with these two items.
