I'd like to see a Becker hatchet

It seems like he did once, or perhaps it was a tomahawk. It's been discussed here before somewhere. Been awhile though.

A Becker multitool would be cool. With a ferro rod and a ceramic sharpening rod. One that fits snugly in the standard sheath pouch.

Haha it'll never happen but I can still dream dammit.

A tweener fillet knife with a 6" - 7" clear powdercoated 1095 or uncoated CPM154 would be what I'd like to see.

I'd take an RBK. In 3V would be wonderful, but really, just releasing it would be great. I've got this Becker money that I've been saving up, fastidiously avoiding buying tempting things like a 15, so I can get one when it comes out.

Love the idea of a hawk\hatchet, muti tool/sharpener

I don't see why they would/should stray from crovan tho, I hope they just stick with the reliable standard and continue to be affordable.

I don't see kabar/becker moving away from knives. However, I would buy that hatchet and multitool in second if they did make them.

I'd buy that bk15 while you can if I were you, I just ordered mine for 42 bucks, a few places have them on clearance sales at the moment

+1 for a hatchet/tomahawk - keep the 1095CV though, one of the outstanding features of a Becker is the superb quality for such a cheap as price!!! So keep this winning formula!

Even Bear Grylls has a Gerber Hatchet - we cannot be having that!!! I'm sure Uncle could show them how its done properly, just like many of his knives!

Haha I saw that bear grills hatchet at Wally World and had a little chuckle to myself.

I agree tho, a Becker hatchet would be the jam. Especially with becker handles, stretched out vertically. I saw a spyderco tomahawk a while back and I gotta say it looked pretty badass, way more tho if it had a little Becker flavor to it. Maybe the exposed tang pommel could be a little more pronounced than the knives, with a wrecking bar/nail puller feature.

I've been looking at small hatchets recently. Would definitely get a Becker were it available!

You should check out the Estwing hatchet. At around $35 its a steal. carbon steel, full tang, stacked leather grips, leather sheath, and best of all made in the good ole' USA. It'll take a razor edge too. Easy to find online or any box store, blowes, house despot, maybe Wally, got mine at that place that sells craftsman tools.

Now that I'm thinking about it, KaBar could use the design and make a stacked leather grip like the F/U...that'd be really sweet.

Something kinda like this, but with Becker scales.

I don't find hatchets offer much more to me than what my bk9 can do. And you lose versatility. I have to go up in size to a boy's axe in order to increase my chopping ability. But that's just me. I can't wait for the RBK.

I would like a Becker tomahawk with a hammer end on it. Doesn't need to use Becker scales. Longer handle you can use two hands with please.

Just read about that one the other day.

I'd prefer something with a bit more straight flat edge/blade size and a little more weightier on back, so gives a little more than a BK9 chopping force, but can still be choked up comfortably to have more precision control with its wicked edge for finer tasks. As long as its not a daft too over-sized 'three position' scales I'd be very happy.. 😉
