Spyderco - knife builder online, and perhaps bring back a few discontinued iconic models in Cruwear (Slysz Bowie, FlutedTi Millie, Sage 2, K2)
ZT - include PB washers for all models - "two-way" style
Victorinox - upgrade the steel and hide the riveting in the alox models
Benchmade - actively support gun rights

I would also like to see SAK upgrade their steel. I'm not real impressed with their current steel. I know they are trying to keep their knives reasonably priced, but I wouldn't think S30V for the main blade would increase the cost to unacceptable levels.
S35VN or M390 would make them attractive to a whole different demographic. I would love to see a plain-edged one-handed Trekker in S30V, M390 or S35VN!
Spyderco - Design more ergonomic handles, add sharpening choil, get rid of finger choil, use body screws that aren't baby poop soft.
Ive heard the owner say he designs knives in the dark and puts ergos before looks but... It seems like he designs knives on a budget to keep their prices down. It doesn't take a genius to design some flat slabs of G10 and use different lengths of the same basic blade shape.
Benchmade - Higher quality omega springs and pocket clips. Thinner blade stock behind edge.

First I would cease all production in China. Move the foreign production line of manufacturing to Taiwan, and rebrand a new subsidiary name for that line... Anything with the "Buck" logo stamp, would also have the made in USA stamp.
