Ok but there's one other consideration here as well>> if we're lucky enough to get Spyderco to do a G-10 Harpy and if we're also lucky enough to get them to do it in both plain edged and Spyderedged then the PE should have one color and the SE should also have a different color as well.

With the current drum beating for the G-10 Harpy and it looks like there's a decent chance that it might come to fruition then maybe we should have a poll on what color of G-10 for the PE and vote on what color the Spyderedged variant handle will be as well. After all it's consistent with what they have done with Hawkbills in the past>> Take the original VG-10 Spyderhawk for instance>> the PE version had a blue handle and thte SE version had a black handle>> and those two models have thus become a collector's dream.

Alright JD . I pick Navy blue for The plain edge ; because plain edges are smooth and blue is a smooth colour. For Serrated edge l pick red because serrations are aggressive and red is an aggressive colour.
 
- PM2 black DLC blade in S110V and peel ply carbon fiber sales
- Manbug CTS-XHP blade transparent FRN scales
- Matriarch 2 H1 spyderedge blade with peel ply carbon fiber, larger thumb hole and jimping on ramp
- Jester ZDP-189 blade with carbon fiber or micarta with a stainless or titanium bolster
 
1. Bring back the Phoenix in cf
2. Put an Emerson wave on everything
3. Make more caged locks
4. Matriarch 2 in something ridiculous like zdp-189
5. Don't be scared to do more in super blue
6. If you wanna stay ahead of the game venture out in more steels (mules).
 
My dream for a Spydie sprint run is actually a fixed blade! Shock, horror! :eek:

The Perrin Street Bowie in an upgraded steel, even though VG-10 is perfectly fine, I would really like one in uncoated satin finish and foliage green G-10 or that sexy black linen micarta that they do the Street Beat in...

Please please please Sal... pretty please with a cherry on top! :D

A liner lock Caly 3 in CPM-M4 steel with polished micarta scales in multiple color choices.

Id love to see a military version 2 with a bigger lanyard hole, upgraded backspacer, 4 way clip and my dream is to have a flipper version of a military(I know but it still sounds cool imo).
As far as handle scale im always down for more carbon fiber but just nof the peel ply stuff, it hides cf's beaty for me, id love a milie or a para 2 with some marble cf, drool. Also red g10 is cool and almost never used and some c tek.
As for blade steels, my 2 main ones id love to see are Nirtobe 77 or vanax 35 with a good heat treat. I got a thing for nitrogen steels now, im loving my vanax 75 tilt and N77 carson griffin, both get wicked sharp and are easy to touch up, especiall the N77. Talk about a perfect edc blade steel imo. I love m4 and im excited for the 2 para2 sprints (can't decide which one I like better), also my inner steel junkee want steels like vancron 40, vanadis 4e and 10, 4v, cpm s125v, cpm 15v and maxamet even if its in a mule (I think I heard they're doing maxamet mule soon) and im always excited for more m390 and 3v anything.
But if Sal asked me whats the one knife I want, it would be a vanax 35 para2 with come sort of cf scale (not peel ply). It would be my main 3dc and retire most of my collection to just fondling knives (except my Thorburn and AVH A2 front flipper, god I love using that knife, cuts soo good).
