If you could have only ONE Busse which would it be?

I was under the impression that the correct answer to this question was, "one of each."

In reality I would aim for a NMSFNO Le. It is a very nicely finished knife one the most useful size range, for me, for having a single knife.
 
All my Busses are pretty big, the smallest being the ASH1. I use folders for everyday cutting chores. So if I am to pick one Busse it might as well be one big enough to chop with. I really like the NMSFNO, but I think my new convexed BWM is THE ONE.

If I had to pick one (of my current collection), I'd go with my .27 FBM with handshaped scales. As for "what's a MOAB?.." check my MOAB user thread:D

I agree with the "one of each." :D




For me, if I were limited to only one. It would have to be a SHBM for sure. Good thing we have so many choices, and can have more than one. Because I would'nt pay the premium the SHBM's are going for nowdays. :(
 
I've thought about this a bit, and lately I'm thinking back to the FSH. I've got smaller knives for cutting and what not and the SFNO does a decent job of most everything, the FSH just feels better.
Anyone wanna trade a user SFNO-LE for a FSH :D or a uncle mofo
 
The Busse Folder, and there will be one, will ride with me everyday.

Or maybe a BA III.;) Either of them in Black G10 and working mans satin.
 
If I could only have one, then I would keep my SAR5(s) and sell the rest. Hmm...

I don't know if Jerry can beat a ZT 300 series. It's hard to get in the ring with some of todays folders, especially when your still perfecting fixed blades. And he is.

After much buying of Infi and using most all of it, i've decided its which ever one i'm carrying, week days smaller, weekends bigger.
