If you could only have two!!! Please help!

Some great suggestions already but as someone working in law enforcement you might be better off with a Spyderco Yojimbo 2 than a Paramilitary 2 for work. I think off duty you can't go wrong with Spyderco Delica Or Benchmade Mini-Griptillian, it just comes down to which one you prefer although for me I prefer the Delica due to the longer handle.

here is a pic of the Yojimbo

I recommend The CRKT m16-13zlek and the PM2.
If you could only have two.
Hope this helps.

Battle

Ps I know the CRKT is not on your list but its a BEAST!

Of the ones you mentioned, the Paramilitary and the Delica are the most popular right now. A black Para would be great for a policeman or civilian 'just in case', while a sheeple-friendly orange Delica would make a great user that wouldn't get you funny looks from Northeasterners. I don't care about 'waveable knives'. Seems uneccesary for a Delica. It would be easier to find if you dropped it too. Some might like the mini-grip, but for me it is too small and too expensive now that Benchmade has raised their prices. The other knives are not close in value or user friendliness, in my opinion.

I'm one of those rare PM2 haters...well hate is a strong word but I just can't think of any valid reason other than local knife laws to pick it over the far more capable Military. More real estate on the handle for gloved hands and a far more comfortable length on the cutting edge. I sometimes think people opt for the PM2 because they're afraid To offend people with Millie.

Paramilitary 2 and the Benchmade 940. Those are the two that I own that get about 80% of the carry time. The other 20% is shared by about 6 other knives.

In the near-3.5" up to 4" range:
spyderco endura
spyderco para 2
spyderco military
spyderco manix 2
spyderco manix 2 xl
benchmade barrage 581
benchmade 940/943
benchmade griptilian

In the 3" and under range
spyderco delica
spyderco sage
benchmade mini-grip
benchmade mini barrage 586

This is just a start, there are many more that could be recommended
Benchmade adamas 275
benchmade contego 810
zt 0200
zt 0561
zt 0562
zt 0566
kershaw blur
kershaw leek

I would say start with a para2 or manix 2 and then go from there. You can't go wrong with either one of these.

Actually I can give you 3 reasons why I have Zero interest in a Millie
1. Its nearly impossible to find a Lefty
2. It is tip down carry only
3. I thought the blade to handle ratio on the PM2 was out of whack. Then I held a Military. Don't get me wrong it's still a big blade, but it felt like they needed take like an inch off the handle.
I see the good qualities too. Just not my cuppa

Of the ones you have listed, I'd pick the 940 and Mini-Grip. If you replace the Delica4 Wave with a Delica4 FFG in your list, I'd pick that over the Mini-Grip.

Spyderco Military, Victorinox Swisstool and a small fixed blade in CPM 3V like the GSO 4.1

A few combinations:
Spyderco Gayle Bradley and Endura
Manix 2 and Manix 2 xl
Military and native

Question, Im pretty much set one 1 knife "Spyderco Paramilitary 2" What color should i get?

That's easy! Whatever matches your handbag. (kidding :D)

What color do you like? Do they offer it in that color? There ya go.... Excellent choice by the way.

On duty I carried a ZT 0560. It's a brute made for use. Where do you plan on carrying it? The ZT is big in the pocket, but I wear an external vest carrier and it's perfect. I carry several knives on and off duty though
A Matriarch 2 is also a good choice for LE. I've had people go for my gun before and it's no fun

You listed several of my favorite knives. I would pick the PM2 and either the Delica (no wave) or the mini grip. It's a nice combination of larger and smaller, giving you a lot of versatility.
