i always chose the hest on these polls
as ive simply never found another knife that does what it does
and tho i really appreciate and admire esee blades, the company and how it stands, along with this forum and its members
the rest of their line-up have commonalities with many others

Izula can be seen stripping all over the forums.

I'd gladly pack a 10mm Auto myself... except it's hard to find and harder for me to afford good 10mm ammo.

You have to partake in the dark art of reloading and alchemy in order to shoot a lot of 10mm. That's half the fun though, from plink to nuke loads, it's very versatile when you roll your own.

I'd love to roll my own, but it's bad to carry self loads for defense. I also don't have a safe location (uncarpeted) in my house to play with such things. I'd love to though.

I only have an izula and a RC3. But I carry the izula everyday and would have to pick it over the 3

4 for me. I've got most of them besides the Izula and the Junglas. I find myself carrying the 4 in my jacket pocket almost every day.

It is still the ESEE4 for me. It is an excellent all around knife.

3!! I picked up an ESEE-3MIL in the begining of october. I haven't used any of my other knives since. Love it.

RC 6 no doubt. Ive owned 4 RC knives and this one will remain with me forever (hopefullly) . I dont see what all the fuss is about the ESEE 4 anyway. I had it. Its too thick to be a great slicer like the 3 and too short blade length to baton through wide logs like the 6. IMO the 6 is the best all round knife and my favorite of the entire ESEE line.

Well of the three I have...the 3 is a good knife for sure, and I love my Izula...but the HEST is in "you can have it when you pry it from my cold dead hands" territory.

I feel like a chump for not buying it a year or two ago.

The others look nice, but the truth is that I just don't carry a larger heavier knife that often. So from a purely practical standpoint the 4 and larger are out for me...at least as regards this particular sort of question.
