If you won $250K post tax would that change your knife buying habits?

I'd probably go a little retarded (cuz hey never go full retard) I mean i'd definitely get every piece Daniel Winkler makes. Some Busse's and maybe get Jason Knight to make me one of those inasnely awesome kukri's, and definitely buy out the entire HI catalog.

I don't think a 'habit' of already looking at $200-$300 knives and going "what a great deal" would be much impacted by $250K....

It would change my habits a little in that I would buy backups of a couple of my knives that right now I only have one of. But overall no... there are no super expensive knives that I want, and I'm kinda done accumulating dust collectors.

But you bet your rear the very first thing I would do would be to pull the trigger on a Menefee slippie. Plus I'd get Dozier to make a nessmuk folder and I'd get a Busse too.
