I'm a cheap machete slut

I got several but my oldest goes back to the 1980's and it a Tram from Brazil!
I try to never spend over 20 bucks on them.

I have a 18" Tram that is at least 25 years old, it was my first one, still out in my shed. I think that one was about $6-7 back then from a local industrial surplus store called Star Supply, they still have that same bucket in the same place filled with machetes, only now they are unfortunately Chinese junkers and not South American gems in the rough.

I had hopes that this would turn into a discussion of the machetes themselves rather than bickering.
