I'm back, finally. But prayers are needed desperately!

Talked to Stella this morning. I'm not sure what to think as it seems the docs have decided that Jessica can have some semi-solid foods now. She said she was having mashed potatoes and ground beef for lunch, but Stella said she wasn't sure how it was going to work out.
Jessica drank some mile last night and it triggered the diahrea yet again.:(
I asked how much blood Jessica has had to date and Stella told me 4 units!!!!
It also seems that the lady taking care of the blood situation in that hospital knows nothing about this blood program.
I don't understand that because I knew about it, but the only reason I did is because a co-worker in SoCal needed blood and we were asked to please donate if we could.
That's when I found out that drinking a 12 oz bottle of beer about an hour before hand fixed the nausea I had always had before when I gave blood!!!!:D
Well it worked for me anyway.:rolleyes: :p Now I'm not allowed to give blood anymore because of all the meds I'm on.:(
Anyway the lady is s'possed to get back to Stella sometime Monday so maybe I will know more then.

i will round up some folks and we'll go down to give "earmarked" blood, just say the word!

I'll get as many folks involved as possible.

Please email me with details on Jessica, if needed, so i know who the earmark is to be for.
