I'm cursed with Hinderer

I just lost my 2nd Hinderer in a six month span both at work. The first was a 3.5 spear point that I just put a textured CF scale on. Then a few days ago I noticed after getting home my 3" slicer was missing. I had a PM2, Dragonfly and the 3" slicer in the same pocket in my bag. The other two knives made it home so I'm thinking someone rolled (stole) it. What pisses me off is I had that 3" on hold for someone to buy at the end of the month. Time for more beer 🍻
Here's the first one

And here's the 3"

I think you need some karma on your side... Try giving away a knife on purpose this time.
Host a GAW, end the bad streak.

Uhhh... Maybe try keeping track of your stuff better?
Not sure what you're expecting for replies.

Wasn't expecting anything just thought I'd share that since this is a knife site. I knew exactly where it was, it's was with two other knives in a pocket.

Bummer.. that was a nice one too. 3 inch sterile slicer. I lost a large micarta insingo a while back so know how it feels. Also had my suspicions it could have been stolen but still not sure to this day.

I lost a knife yesterday for the first time.....ever.......and I was sick to my stomach.
A beautiful Microtech LUDT in electric blue, a coated Elmax blade. This knife broke its spring so I sent it off for repair.....cost me $85. Ugh
Sick. Know how you feel.

I apologize for being rude, it was unnecessary. I've had a terrible weekend:thumbup:

That's awful. Hopefully you'll be able to find it. A Hinderer would be really sad to lose.

Lost a 2nd SAK on Friday.

Originally had an electrician in silver Alox from the wife..

That one got stolen on a job site. I received a blue pioneer Alox for father's day to replace it. I was doing a rough in underground (plumbing) and running some vents. I think it's somewhere in the dirt or in the pipes! Haha oh well.

I have a blue farmer on the way.

I feel your loss. I spent about an hour on Friday looking. I even cut the pipe I was installing to check.

I know you can't compare a SAK to a hinderer but I know how you feel (ish).

Speaking of feelings..

Hope you're feeling better Blues!

Edit .. I still check my tool bags and work van for my bronze anodized Investigator pen I lost. Sucked big time because I'm usually really good with my things.

Yeah sterile 20cv slicer....ugh 😡

I've lost a Delicate recently. Literally have torn my house, vehicles, office, parents couches, etc.

I've had a few knives lost, and a few stolen over the years.

Luckily, I have not lost any of my customs, or higher end knives.

I lost a Schrade 93 OT (new stuff, not the old USA-made brands) and a Kershaw Chive (blem). They were in a box I brought home from work. My wife took all of the stuff out and has no idea what she did with most of it. No sentimental value and I didn't ever carry either of them but they cut stuff pretty well when the need arose and they were handy. I sure hope those turn up somewhere.

I used to lose a knife about every 2-3 years for the longest time, after going 10 years without losing a knife I finally broke down and got my first $100+ knife. I don't think I'd ever carry around a 400 dollar knife.
Hope they somehow show up for you bud, push comes to shove and knives keep coming up missing, you can leave the good stuff at home and just carry Jarbenza knives.

That sucks, and I am very sorry! Perhaps a belt sheath might be in order for you?

This sucks to hear! Check the local pawn shops as it might pop up.

What's bugs me about the 3" is that it was in a bag pocket with two other knives and the Hinderer was the one missing. This happened at work I'm a firefighter and the XM is a first responder knife so it makes sense it was stolen. Almost seems like someone knew what the XM was worth. Damn if I ever see that knife on someone there'll be hell to pay.
