In Honor of Oktoberfest!!

I just went through this thread again and I gotta say, am really enjoying it!. Everyone here has some very outstanding contributions!. And S-K, its really hard to beat those beauties you are sporting like this Ed Wusthof you've submitted here. Good show mate.

Not really vintage, but my finest 'End of Day' celluloid scaled Fight'n Rooster Stockman from old Cuz back in the mid 1980's..

Here is a "normal stockman," the 34OT Schrade Old Timer. On the bottom is a Three Eye Carl Schlieper stockman at 4.75 inches. The blade etch is the same as the larger knife, and the yellow handles are man-made. The Carl Schlieper in the middle is exactly 5.5 inches closed, and is bone.

Thats a sweet Boker, SunnyD, and TongueRiver, I like that German Eye.

Don't know why the forks had three tines back in the day:

Excellent display of cutlery guys. Thanks to all for posting. Mike that traveling cutlery set is beautiful. This one is a little unusual... made circa 1905.

I use to not like this knife but since I recently reprofiled the blades I have now got a wicked edge on it! I'm carrying this stockman for the week, quality is comparbable to Case and Queen!
