'93 for you as I recall...Yeah, us Rangers and Habs fans have it tough.....![]()
Longer lasting edges while remaining stainless is appealing, in short.I wonder why all these modern framelock knives specifically always go for 20CV or M390. What is so special about them?
I just got my first knife in 20CV, a Yojimbo 2, after loving the Yojumbo. I have a UTX-70 in M390.

Some of my favorite knives are $50 Chinese knives..I wasI was referring to your first two photos :^D
Don’t have to spend big bucks to partake in Hinderers. The Kershaw Cryo is $45 and it’s one of the more popular Kershaws.I've never owned a Hinderer, tho I've seen and handled a few. Well made knives, just more than I wanted to spend, and not really my style, I'm primarily a fixed blade guy. But, if I were to find myself looking at over-built folders with less regard for cost, a Hinderer would probably make the short list.

When I was in my teens in the mid 60's, I'd go to MSG and watch the Habs and Rangers in the original 6 days. (Then see us lose to the Habs during the playoffs...great days nonetheless.)
