The weekend of 30th has the most votes so far with 3. If that weekend works for Breavis and Willic then we'll make that the weekend of the trip.

Zombieassassin, good to see you posting!

I'm down for that weekend (april 30th) but I was waiting on Will.... He is wicked busy work and tax season. I'm calling him tonight, I'll check back in.

Of all the weekends, the 30th seems the best, I'll do my VERY best to make that weekend! :) Sounds like HUGE fun!

Allright, let's plan on the weekend of April 30th!

Glad to be posting zmbhntr! Looking forward to the 30th as well. Tons of things going on for me right now but as for now I plan to be there. Sup Breavis. I'll text ya later this week.

Well it's on guys...The count down to INFI in the woods. The Moabolo can hardly contain herself is going to be a hell of a chop fest.

What are people wishing to do for food? I'm down for camp food most of the time but an occasional dinner out might not be bad. I'll be bringing my full eno kit and a 2 person tent to change in. I'm expecting loads of fun...

Zmbhntr, anything you know you need of hand for this weekend? It's a ways away but never hurts to be prepared...

Come on breavis....cookin in the woods is better than any restaurant. I'm kickin it in a half man tent, and cooking some pork one night and steak the other. Add some onions and taters....well heck.....I'm hungry already. Don't forget the cheap whiskey and Hank Williams. ....I'll be in heaven.

I am definitely looking forward to this trip! I like to eat whatever at camp, but I also like the idea to go into town and not have to clean up after myself at camp. Essentially I'm good with anything in that regard. I will bring a coleman stove that anybody is welcome to use. I also picked up a Minuteman Rocket Stove at the gun show I went to last month that I definitely want to give a try.

I'll probably be bringing an 8 man tent because I accidentally left my backpacking tent in NH, haha. I can't think of anything that I need on hand Breavis, but I appreciate the fact that you already thinking of it. I'll give it some thought. I'll bring a chainsaw and splitting maul to make processing firewood a little easier, but that is not nearly as much fun as using our knives. Zombie, life is way too short for cheap whiskey! Inexpensive is okay, but it has to be good! I tend to drink a lot of Budweiser with American flag cans when I'm in the woods, but I do love me some whiskey.

Very true zmbhntr, but I mix my whiskey so quality isn't important to me. It'll be fun hangin out with y'all. I say we think of a few knife games to play, I'll bring the duct tape and super glue.

I added at tentative list, so if anybody is on the fence just let me know and I'll add you.

Pumpkin 40, I see that you voted for the weekend of the 30th, are you a definite or should I keep you on the tentative list? No problem either way.

True, but the woods food like anything can get old. I don't have a stove and typically bring things to cook on the fire... I'll probably just bring a cooler and stock up on stuff at the Wal-Mart.

Zmbhntr what's the ABC store distances from your land? Should I just bring some homemade lemonade?

Maybe we should do a breakfast for all... East sandwich lunch and a dutch oven meal for dinner... Chili topped with jalapeño cornbread on top? That's just one of many things we fix often in the woods. Cassoulet???

but not this far out, maybe when it gets closer to it, yet here U are picking out a Menu lol 6 Weeks away

Chili topped with jalapeño cornbread sounds fantastic!!! Let's make that happen.

To be honest, I have never actually bought liquor in WV, I have only brought it with me. I do know that they don't have state liquor stores like ABC anymore. I actually think that you can buy liquor at CVS, and there is a CVS in town. Homemade lemonade sounds pretty tasty.

A bottle of George T. Stagg is already in the pack!

I like how you think. George is a good friend of mine, as are his kin.

Ok guys so from all my research the temperatures for that weekend in April should be between 66 and 75 for the highs and 38 to 48 for the lows.

I'm thinking that is a decent approximation....
