I've sent him an infraction, he has 5 days to respond. If he fails then he gets banned permanently. I know this won't get your squared away in whatever is owed, but it will prevent him from screwing other people over.

I appreciate that. Though as Esav says, I do have my money back (not right away but still.)

I got my money back after spending 2 boring hours on the phone with PP. More importantly, I do not appreciate the suggestion that I lied. In short, this is more about principle then anything else now but it did NOT start that.
 
Alright, in that case we can then close this thread. Thing is this is already searchable from various search engines. His name will pop up in areas where he might not like.
