Iron bolsters?

There is a minor chip in the bone on the reverse. I'm unsure of whether I'll attempt a repair or just let it be. The blades are in great shape though.
 
I find that the steel bolstered knives with steel liners tend to have less wobble over time than the brass or nickel silver.
 
This looks like a modified electricians knife. The pin and bolster material don't match.

It was a factory second sold by SMKW a few years ago. It came this way with the tang stamp ground off. The blade started to rust and pit so I buffed it out and forced the patina. I was surprised to see the mixed metal set up too.
