If you ever worked for mega corp, then you would know.that something of this magnitude is reviewed and blessed by legal. The only mistake is that people noticed and there was massive blowback.
 
I dropped pp a while ago because their values were in direct opposition and repugnant to mine. I have to say that doing so had saved me a ton of money on the Exchange.

I think the very definition of a friend is one who shares the same values and/or interests, regardless of proximity to each other.
 
The key words are not if you are a friend or family member, but is it a gift or sale.
Feel free to send me all the F& F money you care to as long as you expect nothing in return:) I will be glad to be your friend:)
As to fines
,that is ridiculous. If they want to ban you(right or wrong) that is likely within their power, but not to levy fines, and just take the money.

Whether is is a gift or sale seems to being asked at times now , a friend of mine was just asked that sending a birthday gift . They would not let him proceed until he explained .

Even if it was a law enforcement agency no laws are being broken in what they are referencing. It's not the police it's the thought police.
 
Spontaneous and emotional purchasing of things I don’t really need via credit card using a familiar and widely held vendor is the fuel that feeds my various hobbies.


I’ll be saving a lot of money going forward…
