How about addressing the request for refunds for those who have asked?

This is literally the only forum I have ever paid for. And it's literally the only one that work.

Amateur hour is fine for a free forum, but not for a paid one. It's not OK to take money for something and not provide that service.
 
Got a 522 just attempting to move to “Tech Support”. Kind of a misnomer.
 
At this point I'm pulling the trigger and hiring outside support to get this resolved. I've reached the end of my resources and now I'm reaching out to paid consultants that specialize in this sort of thing.

This is going to cost several thousands of dollars and will take some time, but it's going to get resolved one way or another.
 
Half the time I can’t even get it to load, the other half it errors out. Been going on for a while now. Ive talked with a few knife makers and they're getting very aggravated as well trying to post up items.

Firstly, this is not a knock on BF itself as I think it's a wonderful place... but I am curious if anyone else is having issues with the desktop version loading extremely slowly? Mobile doesn't seem to be an issue, but I regularly run into cloudflare errors and other slow loading times on...

Thanks, I've been about ready to give up. If a page doesn't respond within 30 sec or more, every time, it's not worth my time. Lately I'll get a game of solitaire going, when a page finally responds I'll take a look, then back to the game until the next one pops up. That's only if I really want to see what's up. Most times lately I'll just head over to another site when this one doesn't want to load.
 
I’m on an IPad and it’s the same. Takes forever to load if it even does. Sometimes it’ll just time out…
 
No where equals this forum. It is sluggish but my main problem and it started months ago. If I am not connected to wifi the site will not load on my phone. I travel for work extensively. Blades pop up and go fast when I get to a hotel and connect I get to see everything missed out on. A wise man is slow to speak, slow to anger and quick to listen. I will wait patiently for the big bosses to find a solution. Nuff said.

Depending on just what those bots are doing, such as constantly data mining, yes it could use up a ton of resources.
The bigger question is why they are reading member profiles, and why they are allowed access to those profiles.....
