Is the tip acceptable?

This is the latest update:

I just received the replaced knife, I would say, although it is better than the 1st one, but still away from the quality on their website.
I am going to do sharpen job myself this afternoon.

Last time they delivered back to me without additional charge (they paid), although I paid for returning the factory

I am curious how many dealers would pay the returning shipping fee for defected knives. Last time I purchased a ZT from a reputable dealer (a paid dealer of bladeforums), the tip of the blade was protruding when closed, so it was out of specs. I had to ship it back on my dime and had it replaced. Not a big deal but just curious if this is how most dealers do.

I see rare dealer pay the returning fee, although I know at least one.
But if it is not a dealer but offical site or outlet from factory directly, I belive it's kind of showing they are responsible to customer to pay the returning fee for the defected product or the product dead on arrival.

I see some companies in the UK declared they will in charge of the returning fee and deliver customer new one without deliver fee if defect(s) found on the product returned.

This is another way the company can keep the quality assurance before the products put on market or end-user.
